About Us



Brenda Budke

Brenda Budke grew up and attended school in Downs and has been a resident of Beloit since 1974. She worked in a Beloit financial institution for 30 years and also in the insurance industry. She is involved in her church and community and was a member of the Leadership Mitchell County class of 2003.  She and her husband, Rodger, have 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren.   

Brenda, a full-time real estate agent and broker, is willing to go the extra mile to make your purchasing or selling experience a positive one. She specializes in giving honest and caring service to her clients. Brenda is always willing to work around schedules and meet when it is convenient for the client. She is friendly and eager to help.




Kayla Nelson

Kayla Nelson is one of the newest members of the Budke Real Estate, LLC team. Formerly Kayla Williams, she is married to Faron Nelson and has lived in the area for several years. She currently teaches 5th grade in Beloit as well as online international English classes. In her spare time she enjoys continuing her education.

Coe Weis

Coe Weis was raised in Downs and is a 2011 graduate of Lakeside High School.  He continued his college education and played football at Garden City Community College.  His bachelor’s degree is from Kansas State University where he was involved in leadership classes.  Coe is involved in his family’s farming operation in the Downs area and enjoys exercising in his spare time. 

Coe is excited to be involved in real estate and looks forward to helping clients in the buying and selling of property.  His goal is to make sure it is a smooth process for everyone. 




Chace Weis

Chace Weis is a graduate of Lakeside High School and earned his agronomy degree from Kansas State University in 2010.    He is involved in his family’s farming operation in the Downs area.  Chace and his wife, Mariah (Wiles), enjoy sporting events and love being outdoors. 

Chace is excited to join the world of real estate and looks forward to assisting clients in all types of real estate.
